RENTAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOR CASA CARIÑO 

The reservation will be accepted upon payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount for the stay required. The payment by bank transfer must be realized within the stipulated time otherwise the reservation will be void.

PRICES

The price includes sheets and pillowcases, towels, shower mat, tablecloth, tea towels as well as utility costs; electricity, water and heating.

PAYMENT

Full payment will be made upon guest arrival.

CANCELLATION

If the reservation is cancelled 10 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned. If the cancellation takes place with less than 10 days for the arrival date the deposit will not be returned.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The arrival time is between 5pm and 8pm. The departure time is between 10am and 12noon. These times can be varied if planned in advance and with permission of the house owner.

INVENTORY

In the rental house there is a full inventory for the house contents which will be checked as guests leave.

SPECIAL CASES

Extra guests will not be accepted in the rental house without prior permission from the owners. The owners reserve the right not to accept these extra guests. Guests who do not comply with the rules of good and decent behavior could have their contract terminated and be evicted prior to the end date. 

ANIMALS

Pets are accepted with prior consent.

CLEANING

Guests are responsible for cleaning the rental house during their stay and leaving it in the same condition as they found it.

CLIENT BEHAVIOUR

Clients are expected to respect the house, its contents, the surroundings of the house and the people who live in the neighbourhood. Any suggestions to improve clients´ stay are welcome .
